General Questions

Your site says Sold Out. Is there anyway I can still order?

Looks like you missed out on today's feature. We buy from small producers so quantities are always limited. Be sure to become a member to receive daily email alerts when a new feature becomes available.

Do you accept returns?

In short, no. Be sure to purchase accordingly. If you've changed your mind, save it for a gift. We are sure someone will love the item. If there is a problem with your order, notify us within 3 days of receiving the shipment by emailing us at support@quiteunique.com. If your order arrives damaged, we do everything in our power to get you a replacement.

Do you accept exchanges?

We are unable to accept exchanges because we do not have anymore left. Please order accordingly.

Why am I receiving the same email alert multiple times?

The best way to fix this problem is click "unsubscribe" in the footer of all but one email. If that doesn't fix the problem, email us at support@quiteunique.com and we can help you out.

Voucher Questions

When will I receive my voucher code?

Your voucher will be emailed to you as soon as your payment has cleared through our system. This normally only takes a few minutes. You can also access your vouchers at Your Vouchers.

I live outside the US. Can I buy a voucher?

Yes, anyone may purchase a voucher but you must check with the merchant to make sure that shipping is available to your location.

How do I redeem my voucher through an Etsy shop?

  1. Visit the Etsy shop and add items you want to buy to your cart.
  2. Continue to checkout.
  3. Select "Other" for "How You'll Pay".
  4. In the "Note to Seller" enter your voucher number and name.
    IMPORTANT: Do not use the Shop Coupon Code box!
  5. The seller will send you a message to confirm your order as well as arrange additional payment if necessary.

Ordering Questions

I can't place an order.

Issues during checkout are many times related to the internet browser you are using or the settings on your computer. First, try ordering through a different browser (we recommend Google Chrome or Firefox). If that doesn't work, visit the Google Checkout Support page. If you are completely stuck, email us at orders@quiteunique.com.

I just placed an order and the address is wrong. Can you help?

Before you complete an order, you must confirm that the shipping and billing information is correct. Email us immediately at orders@quiteunique.com. We ship very fast around here. All rerouting charges caused by customer error will be billed to the customer.

I received an email that my payment was declined. Will I still get my order?

Yes, but you must return to Google Checkout and update your payment information. The email you received has a link and instructions for doing this. If you do not update your payment information, your order will be cancelled and you must place a new order before we sell out if you still with to purchase the item.

Can I change the size or color of a completed order?

No, please order accordingly. We cannot make changes to the order once it is placed.

How do I cancel an order?

Cancellations must be made within 10 minutes of completing the order through Google Checkout. To cancel an order, do the following:

  1. Sign in to your account at https://checkout.google.com
  2. Click "view order" for the order you want to cancel
  3. Click the "Cancel your order" button
  4. Confirm your cancellation

I canceled an order but a charge is still pending in my account?

The authorizations that banks make to your account or card can last up to 7 days. After that time, the banks remove the authorization.

Shipping Questions

How soon can I expect my order to arrive?

We ship fast. Most of the time we process your order the same day it is received. Most orders arrive within 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the US. Merchants offering a voucher through Quite Unique may ship to more locations. Check the merchant's shop for details.

I notice your business is located in Austin, can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, not at this time.

Do you have a referral program?

Our referral program ended on May 16, 2011. Watch our mailing list for announcement of future referral promotion opportunities.

I earned credit prior to May 16, 2011. How do I use it?

To redeem your credit, be sure you are logged-in to Quite Unique at the time of your purchase. Your credit will be applied automatically during the Google Checkout process.

How can I check my referral credit balance?

First, login to your Quite Unique account. Then, click the "Account" link at the top of the page and then "Your Referrals."
